Our story
Founder Tanja Deurloo – scent expert, chemist, and perfume designer – felt the Netherlands was missing a true haute parfumerie: a place offering exclusive brands and personalised advice, like those she admired in cities such as Paris, London, and New York.With her background in fragrance development and product creation, and a deep passion for niche perfumes, she opened Perfume Lounge in 2009: the very first haute parfumerie in the Netherlands.
What began as a small boutique with a carefully curated collection quickly grew into a leading and much-loved destination for fragrance enthusiasts from around the world.

Meet Tanja
Tanja Deurloo, a curious chemist and passionate perfume designer, founded Perfume Lounge in 2009. Within her company Annindriya she has created numerous innovative scent applications, fragrance lines and skincare products.
Karima
Karima started working in the cosmetic branche at the age of 16, and she is a true beauty addict. Before being the store manager of Perfume Lounge, she worked in product development of fragrances and skin care.
Petra
If you’ve ever placed an order with us, chances are your package was carefully prepared with love and attention by Petra. At Perfume Lounge, Petra is in control of order processes and customer service.
